Pandora Bell was founded by Nicole Dumphy and is based on an ethos of tradition and quality. Nicole developed her passion for high quality chocolate and confectionary through the Ecole Chocolat Chocolatier program. She trained in Bonbon making with Valrhona in France and is skilled in the art of Italian gelato making. The Pandora Bell philosophy is that a high quality daily treat is a healthier and more satisfying way to enjoy sweet things than filling yourself with artificial flavourings. Confectionary made from honey, eggs, nuts and butter have to be more delicious than sweets manufactured with ingredients that are more at home in a laboratory than a kitchen.
