Our Herb, Spice and Seed oils are cold pressed by mechanical means to produce exceptional organic oils. This procedure does not impair the natural character of the base oil or the herbs and spices. You could not fit any more natural goodness in a bottle! That is why this procedure has been patented.

Gently pressed Herbs and Spices are combined with high quality cold pressed Rapeseed oil. Due to its balanced and healthy collection of poly unsaturated fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9). This is the base for most of our oils and comes highly recommended by nutritionists. Our Rapeseed oil is cold pressed from unskinned rape seeds. Its nutty taste makes it ideal for salads, vegetable dishes, dips, mayonnaise & marinades. Herb and Spice oils are growing more and more important as part of a healthy diet.

The Organic Herb Co, founded by Paul Pritchard and Michael Martin in 1997 has just moved to new premises in Co. Wicklow, the garden of Ireland.
